Employee communications
Our private employee portal supports monthly availability submissions and management review of staffing. Employee records and schedules require authorized access.
The optional Pond View Services, Inc. employee text program covers availability reminders, published schedule notices and later shift additions, changes or cancellations. It is an employee communications program; no marketing messages are planned.
Texting is pending activation. Employees enroll through a separate affirmative consent choice in their own portal account. Portal access or an availability submission alone does not enroll anyone. Message frequency varies; up to six availability reminders per scheduling month, plus schedule notices as needed. Message and data rates may apply. Once active, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
